Using primarily comparative evidence of mental health situation during the COVID-19 pandemic between a Southeast Asian and European Country, this study was conducted among public private schools in Philippines Latvia, Europe, amidst utilizing standardized Depression, Anxiety, Stress (DAS) questionnaire. Findings revealed that Latvian teachers experienced higher cases depression, anxiety, stress than Filipino teachers. In contrast, students exhibit lower depression anxiety students. Thus, conditions both countries must be prioritized by conducting various programs activities which further demands considered academic institutions because when human resource knows how to deal with stress, they also make better choices life will them corollarily become even more productive at work.
